I don't easily fit in an industry box or a set of drop-down boxes. I find most of these questions quite difficult to answer. I've often found myself doing one job while carrying the title of another. Hired for one thing and tasked with another. Set to work for one company or division and doing the complete opposite of what I was brought in for. I'm sure I'm not alone here.I'm seeking a new path that aligns with me diverse past. Moving forward by looking backwards.A background in Customer Service, Ecommerce, Brand Building, Product Sourcing, Marketing, Law Enforcement, Force Protection, and long decayed IT. I used to look for holes in fences, sleeping guards in watch towers, or any other threats to security. I was trained to look for things, to look at the contents of messages for anything deemed important enough to wake up a high ranking person that often did not want to be woken up. I like to go door to door visiting factories to see what they're producing inside, to see if they're capable of becoming someone that I could work with. To see if they're telling the truth or lying. I enjoy the manufacturing process - taking raw materials and turning it into an object built to complete a specific task or bring joy into the lives of others. I enjoy looking to see what can be improved, negotiating better deals, and digging to find the reality of the situation when it comes to product pricing - from superfluous to necessary component or raw material cost. I enjoy taking these newly manufactured products and putting them into people's hands. While an Employee at Chilindo, a large ecommerce company - I built (while utilizing existing resources and not alone) what Shopee Thailand said was the fastest growing and largest account on their platform, STX Direct. From 0 to a peak sales day of over 45,000 orders placed between the Thailand and Malaysian Shopee accounts. STX Direct spearheaded growth for Chilindo and led to the company being profitable for the very first time. I'd like to think that STX Direct was an important factor that led the Charoen Pokphand Group, one of the world's largest conglomerates, to purchase Chilindo but I've never been directly informed of this decision.I am currently building reveilli Inc. a coffee company that aims to help individuals unleash effort and creativity while consuming the world's 2nd most popular beverage, behind water. When I'm not building reveilli Inc (which to be honest is most of my time) you can find me pulling a cart around the sales floor of Walmart or trying to be a continuously better version of myself
