• Assist the Director of Client Services with team recruitment: Assessing resumes and cover letters, and taking part in the interview process with new candidates, on-boarding new hires, training and on-going development of the CS team.• Quality Control: Troubleshoot client issues across the CS team, conduct briefings with CS team to update and support operations (standards, protocols, product, etc), assess and update standards and protocols as needed• Creating detailed and innovative travel itineraries and for Remote Lands’ luxury clients by researching new destinations and developing new special experiences, destinations and partnerships. • Use initiative to actively support and assist across all aspects of Remote Lands operations to ensure the smooth and efficient care of all client and company needs.• Coordinate with Remote Lands’ operations staff in Asia to plan and execute all aspects of client trips. • Editorial: Maintain and update internal databases, include destination activities and itinerary copy. Writing original copy for client itineraries in Remote Lands’ style. Researching special interests for client itineraries. (culture, food, family activities, art, architecture, gardens, historic attractions, etc.).• New Product Launches: Collaboration with CEO, general manager, and Aman Resorts’ directors to launch multi-annual, multi national, Aman Private Jet Expeditions ($1MM+ per launch), as well as other special projects in a product development, financial, operational, and marketing capacity• Strategic Partnership: Conduct country visits to build/enhance travel partnerships in support of business growth, margin objectives, to keep up to date on industry trends, and ensure the most current/cutting edge product mixes are offered• Business Development: Liaise with new potential and existing partners as a domestically and internationally hosted industry buyer. Regular attendance to industry trade shows for network expansion and lead generation

• Creating detailed and innovative travel itineraries and for Remote Lands’ luxury clients by researching new destinations and developing new special experiences, destinations and partnerships. • Proficiency in the use of internal company software and programs, as well as In-Design, Excel, 5PM Project Management System, CMS and Photoshop.• Use initiative to actively support and assist across all aspects of Remote Lands operations to ensure the smooth and efficient care of all client and company needs, including actively supporting and assisting team members as needed.• Create, maintain and update highly detailed spreadsheets of travel and client account information.• Coordinate with Remote Lands’ operations staff in Asia to plan and execute all aspects of client trips. • Accurate and timely invoicing and collection of clients’ payments.• Maintain and update internal databases, include destination activities and itinerary copy.• Writing original copy for client itineraries in Remote Lands’ style.• Researching special interests for client itineraries.
