Responsible for:-Supervising self-administration of individual medication programs for clients in Co-Occurring Disorders Program (CODP.)-Conducting intakes and recording detailed descriptions of medications taken by clients. -Reordering prescriptions.-Reporting misuse and abuse of medications.-Performing routine audits.

-Educating and advising the students and faculty of Minnesota State University, Mankato on numerous study abroad experiences that are available to them. -Event planning and execution are a large portion of this job as well as working closely with the Center for Education Abroad & Away at MNSU, Mankato to organize and assist with applications for third parties and other institutions including the American Institute for Foreign Study, World Endeavors, the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Academic Studies Abroad, etc...

-Advise students and faculty of MNSU, Mankato on their study abroad excursions and application processes. -Supervise a staff of 4 student advisors while assisting the Education Abroad Coordinator and Advisor with administrative tasks, office marketing, and event planning. -Use Terra Dotta Studio Abroad online application system.

Involves large and small group facilitation, team leadership, schedule structuring and organization, training and supervising employees, as well as customer service.

Involves large and small group facilitation as well as time management/organization to be able to follow a strict schedule that can change on an hourly basis. Other duties include giving campus tours, assisting with academic advising and registration, and being a productive team member.

Involves facilitating events and creating a sense of community amongst first year students within the residence halls on campus.
