As co-leader of the Lower 48 Spotfire implementation project, I was responsible for building three Spotfire production environments, design of the Spotfire library architecture and security model, organize and coordinate training for each business unit and serve as the primary point of contact for managers, business analysts and potential Spotfire adopters within Lower 48.My roles and responsibilities post implementation are as follow:o Serve as the Spotfire Administrator, Developer, Support Analyst and primary point of contact for all Lower 48.o Build, install, configure and maintain Spotfire environments (Application, Web Player and TSSS). Deploy vendor hotfixes and client/server upgrades.o Establish and implement a Spotfire library architecture and security model. Setup Schedule Update and Automation Services jobs.o Provide support ranging from, but not limited to, application and library access, new library folder or security requests, training and general application questions. Communicate server changes/outages, upgrade planning and other deployments.o Develop Spotfire solutions to support end-user functions and business. Some of the solutions I developed or was involved in include: o HSE dashboards o Cessation of production analysis for Land and RPA o Functional IT Support dashboards for Senior IT Leadership o Budget vs actuals analysis for Engineering project control group o Completion level monitoringServed as a Solution Integrator for the organization’s reserves replacement project. I was responsible for working with the project team as the chief technical resource, liaison with the vendors and TAP review documentation.
