CurrentSupport the national Healthcare and Employee Benefits practice groups. Work on a wide variety of transactional and regulatory matters for healthcare providers, including healthcare joint ventures, professional services agreements, health information privacy and security laws, reimbursement laws, and alternative pay programs as well as acquisitions, expansions, and sales of practices and health systems. Counsel plan sponsors and fiduciaries on health & welfare plan design and regulatory compliance. As a member of the broader Corporate Group, I assist businesses with general corporate transactional & litigation matters including formation, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
