Including on-boarding staff for Warehouse activities as well for Delivery activities, all functions of SCM operations for effective management of Customer Order Fulfillment, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse & Distribution Management and Statutory Compliance.- To ensure the monthly manufacturing plan reflects the sales volume required, machine loading and delivery status; - Store management including control of receipts, storage, issuance and rejection of materials and ensure all raw materials are labeled, stored, handled and controlled to the Quality Assurance Procedure and Health and Safety requirements. - Organizing quarterly and annual stocktaking exercises and ensures the adequate supply of trained personnel to expedite stocktaking. - Timely shipment and delivery of all finished goods from both ex-works and ex-stock sales; - Co-ordinate departments and individuals to create synergism of individual contribution and constantly review and advise current priorities. - To ensure all departments under my control operate within the budget levels for labor and finance. - Through constant review and observations ensure all staff matters under my supervision are adequately trained and competent to carry out the duties and responsibilities of their appointment. - Participate in the preparation and presentation of the Annual Management plan and Budget and assist in the review and negotiation of the union Collective Agreement and the auditing of the Quality Assurance System as and when required. - Participant to the ISO internal Audit and good manage and control as follow ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO18000.

- Setting up and managing the Nilai branch from September 2005, with responsibilities as following:-- Managing the branch with a team of 15 staff- Forecast, plan and manage the business for Nilai branch- Preparing the yearly budget for Nilai branch (P&L, Capex & Opex)- Handling multimodal train operations- Forwarding (Customs Brokerage)- Haulage- Logistic Projects- NVOCC & Freighting - Flexitank, Bulk Loading & Discharging (Silo to Silo) business- Transferred to Port Klang branch from October 2006 – October 2008 as Haulage Operations Manager to manage a team of 15 operations staff and 70 drivers. Responsibilities were:- Managing a fleet of 35 Trucks and 240 Trailers to provide Haulage services to customers.- Flexitank, Bulk Loading & Discharging of (Silo to Silo) business.- Head the Maintenance team to ensure Truck & Trailer Fleet is in good & safe operating condition.- Preparing yearly budget for the Haulage Department.- Tasked to start-up an Operational Base in Gemas (stationed in Heveaboard Malaysia) in August 2007. Timeline given was 3 months but managed to complete the set-up and fully functioning operations within a month. An operational team consisting of the following was set up to back-up the Haulage need of the customer, Heveaboard Malaysia.- 3 operations staff- 1 unit of Forklift- 1 unit of Container Handler (Kalmar)- 1 Container Yard with a 60 TEU capacity.
