Mechanical Project Engineer supporting a wide variety of demolition and enviormental cleanup projects. Special emphasis in analysis, isolation, and demolition preparation of legacy facilities.

During my time as a Co-Op I performed demolition debris calculations, began learning facility deactivation practices , and developed preventive maintenance packages for new equipment installations.

Worked with Owner and Lead Operations Manager to oversee fruit production at 3 apple, cherry, and wine grape orchards/vineyards in Burbank and Pasco, Washington. Lead vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance efforts, performed facilty maintenance and construction including framing, plumbing, and electrical installation following all local codes. Also, developed annual cost and accounts receivable forecasting spreadsheets to track performance between locations.
