Responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of team and partners; providing excellent service to all customers through direct salesmanship, prompt and courteous service, and maintaining knowledge of and compliance with all corporate standards.

In this role, I was helping students to study and understand the curriculum for not only network administration based classes but also classes focused on the usage and understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. I really enjoyed being a tutor because it meant I was able to help people, especially if they were ESL students. Being able to bridge the gap of a particular language barrier and help them understand a concept made it so worthwhile!

My job here was simply taking orders, seating customers, cleaning, and bringing food to hungry people. However, it could often end up also involving me having the ability to make someones day better, either through conversation or by bringing a child some wonderfully decorated pancakes or their favorite milk shake!
