In this position I was apart of an MSP engineer team that supported existing clients as well as planned and executed projects. I was responsible for streamlining the backup process and setup of our lab tech server to bring more benefits to our clients already robust MSA. The projects ranged from pc image deployments to VoIP installations and server upgrades. Some clients required staff augmentation, so some time was spent on-site to meet their needs.

I this position I was responsible for assisting Network Technicians with the daily maintenance of the county's large-scale, complex local and wide, wired and wireless area computer network. I also carried out installations, testing, and technical tasks in support of the county Network. With the main summer project being a somewhat solo setup of a health center's infrastructure which included both a switch and wireless upgrade from the previous facility.

I offer technical support for the company, remotely. This is a newer company that is beginning to grow I know the owner personally which is why I offered my services. I set up the office, a few computers, a few Access Points, and a small server to back up financial documents, payroll information, etc.
