As facility manager for Intermountain Homecare and Hospice, I am responsible for managing the facility upkeep for 20 locations across Utah and Southern Idaho. This upkeep includes maintenance, construction projects, furniture, and other aspects related to a facility. I am also responsible for managing the leases of these locations and ensuring that all payments are received in a timely manner. As manager of the Homecare and Hospice facilities, I am responsible to create both operational and capital budgets to ensure all the facilities are well maintained. As the facility coordinator for Intermountain Homecare and Hospice, I coordinated all aspects of projects, maintenance, and building systems. All coordination was done with Intermountain Healthcare caregivers or 3rd party contractors.
