Customer Success Manager
Current❖ Complete quarterly engagement check-ins with administrators to give updates on how teams are using the features of Hudl.❖ Perform health checks on accounts to ensure product usage was at a healthy level.❖ Engages directly with coaches and athletes to ensure they are fully utilizing all features of the product offerings to ensure maximum results as well as customer renewal and upgrades.❖ Provide yearly review of account and discuss updates of service plans.❖ Coordinate hardware shipments and installations with school custodial and IT staff.❖ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with administrators and coaches.❖ Train end-users to use Hudl's variety of software offerings.❖ Maintain thorough documentation of each interaction with schools.
