How would I make a more financially stable workplace?1. Curiosity - I am passionate about learning new ways to do processes related to my daily work, or about processes that I might not be directly involved with. I am driven by curiosity and love to learn what others do within different facets of the business that I am in.2. Dedication - There is no way to learn something new, or see results on a process than by dedicating time and effort. I’ve spent the vast majority of my life showing my dedication to my craft, whether that be with something as simple as playing an instrument for eight years, or with something as complex as a professional job, I still show the same level of dedication and commitment to the project at hand. 3. Collaboration - Building lasting relationships are key in not only the workplace, but in life as a whole. Teamwork is the foundation for success, and I strive to build relationships with as many people and across as many sectors as I can. I throughly enjoy meeting new people and enriching myself with new ideas and experiences that they offer.
