Key Responsibilities:• Oversee Month End, posting journals and providing analysis/commentary for the P&L and Balance Sheet• Resident Re-charges and Billings – speaking directly with residents and/or their relatives on occasion when disputes arise and resolutions are needed.• Review and Analyse monthly Payroll• Monthly KPI’s & Benchmarking Analysis• Weekly Occupancy Reports• Oversee Accounts Payable• Balance Sheet Reconciliations• Monthly BAS and Payroll Tax Lodgements• Manage Sundry Debtors• 12 Week Cash Flow Forecast

As a senior member of the finance team, I reported directly to the CFO. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance function with a particular focus on month end and year end procedures/reporting obligations, ensuring deadlines were met and information was accurate. This included management and board reports, providing commentary and analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Preparation of the annual budget and forecast, coordinating a 3-year budget with 6 departments within the company• Statutory accounts preparation (General Purpose financial statements) • Coordinate audit process with external auditors on a bi-annual basis, reviewing controls and processes• Treasury Functions – oversee daily roaming payments to other motorways, management of financial obligations/external debt regarding debt facility, swaps and shareholder debt notes • Co-ordinate Traffic and Revenue information to provide accurate and timely reports, review processes for revenue collection are efficient and effective systems to recover violations • Fortnightly review of Payroll, also reviewing annual and long service leave entitlements • Maintain and Manage Interlinks Major Maintenance Model• Preparation of shareholder distributions (Dividends, Debt Note Interest & Performance interest) – calculating amount and split between shareholders and preparing board report and resolutions.• Maintain effective internal controls over all of the Company’s operations and recommend changes where instances of non-compliance or improvements have been identified• Provide timely and accurate traffic, traffic revenue information and traffic reconciliations • Oversee Cash flow Statement

Joined the Interlink Finance Team in June 2014 and primarily focused on the daily bank reconciliation and daily traffic analysis. Responsible for monthly general journal processing and assistance with general ledger reconciliations.Other Responsibilities:• Petty cash – reimbursements and reconciliation• Violation payment processing• General assistance in various finance function duties.• Assistance with accounts payable and invoicing• Assistance with review of month end financial statements
