With over 6 years of experience in land based management and business administration, I am a versatile and adaptable assistant manager at A.W. Smith & Sons, a family-owned farm business in Lincolnshire. I oversee the daily operations of the farm, including crop production, staff supervision, and financial planning. I also leverage my skills in radio, publicity, and communication to promote the farm's products and services, and to raise awareness of the issues and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
