I am currently responsible for tracking, reporting and managing 185 routes nationwide. I am held to a 98.2 - 99.9% accuracy rate, corresponding with company paid incentive. I am frequently in correspondence with DSQMs (District Service Quality Managers) pertaining to critical movements. I am constantly taking point during communication meetings to suggest changes, improvements and innovation. In the field of transportation if you are not first you are last.

I was responsible for the management of the outbound shipments with Amazon DTW5 Sort Center. Volumes up to 200K packages daily routed between 63 metro and 5-7 TL cross-docks. Success rate of 97.8% over 10 months.I was also certified for allowing freight in/out of the facility through the Amazon TDR (Trailer-Dock-Release) process. I was trained and certified in the PIT (Power Industrial Trucks), this allowed me to expedite crucial freight throughout the night.

I was responsible for the federal and company invoice paperwork, along with maintaining the status of the cargo. I was responsible for the movements of the trains at company locations and it was my job to keep contact with the companies requesting service.

Pick, load and distribute orders for pharmaceutical drugs to be delivered in the greater lower Michigan area. Along with assisting new employees with training and task management.

I am responsible for handling hundreds of clients commercial information in order to compound that into a useful format to clear shipments through customs. Daily I am required to interact with clients world wide to quickly resolve customs issues and thus expedite the clearance.
