As a child, I was always interested in science and in building things. Now I hope to turn these lifelong passions into a career as a materials engineer. I am a studious and hard-working student with a passion for learning and for creating new solutions to problems. I am a well rounded thinker with knowledge of many different fields. Most of all, though, I am a perfectionist who strives for excellence in my education, my career, and my life as a whole. I am currently pursuing a B.S. in materials science and engineering at the University of North Texas, where I have had the opportunity to meet some of the country’s leading materials researchers.As a future materials engineer, I hope to be able to design stronger, lighter, more sustainable materials that we can use to build a better future. I’m certain that, as an employee, I will be an asset both for my passion and for my constant desire for excellence and improvement.
