As a coach, my main responsibility is the daily management of a group of up to 18 people. Included in that are tasks such as payroll and time off management, coaching and development of agent skills via evaluations and 1 on 1 feedback, and interacting with multiple departments to manage scheduling for training and other events for agents.

Responsible for the training and development of new and existing employees as they enter the workplace. Daily activities include a supervisory role over 15-30 employees as they begin to take customer service phone calls, managing scheduling with said employees, interactions with other departments (QA, Management, etc.), all while maintaining high quality personal customer service stats.
