I operate with a high degree of independence and self sufficiency while coaching all members of our teams to become excellent in all that they do. I love the concepts of and practice of safety being a priority across all functions of work matters with a high degree of moral guidance. Throughout my career I strive to raise the bar for a better workplace for the employees and employers, if our people don't see "us" doing it correctly they won't be inclined to participate in excellence building. I believe that guidelines provide guidance and rules are black and white, understanding that the world has colors and not everyone is motivated in the same manner. If you settle on low performing standards that is the result you can expect. I also truly love people, period. All of them. All for different reasons. I have been a Police Officer and a Sheriff's Deputy, I am husband, father, retired U.S. Marine. I have managed interstate DOT offices and bring a unique perspective and understanding of those procedures to my work place.
