I'm a Graduate of Ohio University where I received a Bachelor of Business Administration with fields of study in Marketing and Business Analytics. I spent my spare time, participating in my business fraternity KAZ and working with service dogs through Four Paws For Ability. In the summer of 2019, I did an internship with Kona Ice where I worked on creating an effective delivery system by adjusting delivery times from 1 stop every 30 minutes up to 2 stops every 15 minutes, integrating a new inventory management system via Microsoft Excel by creating a spreadsheet for products leaving inventory after each event, and developing and publishing social media ad campaigns for events to increase the number of customers that attend the events. That internship gave me a lot of creative freedom and I was able to demonstrate my Marketing skills with our social media campaigns. Our team was able to boost event attendance by up to 10% when we created and released these campaigns up to two weeks prior to the event. Working with clients was a big part of my internship as well. I was able to create 6 events on my own by setting up meetings with potential clients and effectively communicating to them the service we offered and the promotions that went along with them such as our community give back where we offered up to 10% return of sales to the client.
