Other tasks included server updates, Blackberry Enterprise Server support, Gold Fax server support, and VMware ESX environment monitoring/support. Gentoo Linux support included programs such as Jira (Helpdesk Ticketing system), Nagios (SMNP service and host monitory), and Cacti (Network/Bandwidth Monitoring)Small scale management of Cisco routers and Catalyst Switches; worked with outside vendors to implement complete configuration of the IOS’. Worked with outside consultants (i.e. Digitel, Rhematics, Docuteam) to complete several large projects. Projects included the relocation of our communications servers from a hosted site in Olathe KS, to our corporate office in Dunwoody, GA without interruption of service. Also, implemented a centrally managed Copier/Printer Auditing solution (netCompass/Print Audit 5) that allowed the staff and agents to print from any of the 11 offices; this included the roll-out of over 100 new copiers and printers to the 11 different locations. Implementation of an Electronic Documentation server (DocStar) which provided a more seamless integration of documents between the staff, agents, home buyers, and law firms for closings, refinancing, etc. Show less
