My support of adult and medical marijuana use led me to my most recent jobs as general manager at a hydroponics shop and cultivation manager of a mid-size grow operation. These valuable experiences allowed me to develop skills, such as: team building and mediation, customer and supplier relationship development, sales strategies, creation of protocols and return policy, purchasing optimization, inventory control systems, POS installation and troubleshooting, and marketing on social media as well as other advertising platforms. My work philosophy is strongly rooted in continual process improvement, positive reinforcement, and creating a positive work environment which fosters loyalty and productivity.
