-Currently overseeing opening and first Academic Semester of SHSU's newest Apartment-Style Residence Life Area -Successfully oversaw opening and first full Academic Year of a new upperclassmen-only apartment-style Residence Life Housing Area-Supervised 210 predominantly upperclassmen-level Residents, provided support in ResLife related issues and helped network Residents with needed services-Residence Hall Director in charge of the SHSU RA Academics Initiative-Pop-Up Activity Coordinator

-Supervise and coordinate two communities worth of RAs (32 RAs) in programming, training, organization, clerical and administrative functions -Regular 14- or 24- Hour Duty Shifts for all Housing Areas-Regular one-on-one meetings with RAs and Residence Education Coordinators (RECs) as needed-Coordinate with on-call staff from other departments (Dining, Campus Police, Facilities, Janitorial, etc.) to resolve issues as they arise-Receive, Organize and Distribute program materials for RA-led department activities- Assist RECs with various activities-Previously assisted and supervised after-hours move-outs and emergency moves for COVID-19 isolation rooms

-Oversaw and supported up to 85 residents in first year of RA employment-Oversaw and supported 32 residents in second year of RA employment-Regularly mediated out issues between roommates as well as between separate rooms-Regularly enforced conduct in dorm buildings and followed disciplinary steps when needed-Assisted and supported suicidal Residents, Residents who self-harmed and Residents with severe health emergencies-Helped organize and run a large inter-departmental program for residents that included 4 different departments (including the UCM Chancellor and Employment Services)-Organized smaller, community specific activities over both years as an RA-Regularly conducted one-on-one meetings with my Residents to build connections and community amongst my Residents-Maintained familiarity with the various services in the dorms to ensure issues were resolved rapidly

-Coordinate with all other hospital departments to obtain and distribute necessary items and machinery-Interface with hospital departments and third-party vendors to place orders and obtaining substitute/replacement items-Regularly work with other departments to distribute new items and materials as needed-Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotations in main storeroom-Regularly received, organized and distributed deliveries as needed-Was point of contact during gown shortage in COVID-19 pandemic to determine gown usage and restocks during the shortage-Many other department-specific tasks as needed

As Quality Control Lead-Oversaw, trained, and organized small team in QC inspections of concrete boards and other products- Interfaced and acted as an interpreter between non-English speakers and non-Spanish speakers to ensure steady, efficient workflow and create inclusive work environment for all-Coordinated with other warehouse employees and departments in set-up and put-away of QC Items-Ensured team met QC check quotas when needed-Conducted daily end-of-day counts and location checks for various QC ItemsAs Assistant Warehouse Supervisor-Ran warehouse's receiving and order distribution in absence of Supervisor-Trained and oversaw small team for new item receiving and organization-Assisted Supervisor in interfacing with various pick-up clients and deliveries-Various warehouse-specific duties as needed
