We strive to make sure our customers yards look the best that they can. I also do a formal meeting with each customer on a quarterly basis, or more if the customer desires, to ensure we are meeting their expectations. I track crews performance daily and input data so we can keep track of how the crews are performing on each property. I created and manage SGK's current turf management program. I also perform each chemical or fertilizer application throughout the year. I schedule each treatment and communicate with the clients on when their yard is to be treated. I also communicate with these customers on a regular basis to make sure their expectations are being met. I track performance daily and input the data daily. I am also in charge of selling new turf program contracts and then being the point of contact for these customers. I manage and perform irrigation audits, repairs, annual flower install, water feature repairs, water feature cleanings, landscape lighting audits and landscape lighting repairs.
