I am a Retail Sales Manager at Micro Center, where I lead a team of over 40 associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance. With over 1.5 years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in network administration and security, using Splunk Cloud, Linux kernel patching, firewall defense, and KVM virtual machines to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
