I am a Retail Sales Manager at Micro Center, where I lead a team of over 40 associates to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance. With over 1.5 years of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in network administration and security, using Splunk Cloud, Linux kernel patching, firewall defense, and KVM virtual machines to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data. I also hold a Google Cybersecurity Specialization and a Cisco Introduction to Cybersecurity certification, demonstrating my proficiency and passion for the field.Prior to joining Micro Center, I served as a Military Police in the Georgia Army National Guard for over eight years, where I excelled in fast-paced and high-stress environments, completing the mission with professionalism and dedication. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Kennesaw State University, where I am learning the latest techniques and tools to protect and defend the digital assets of organizations and individuals. My goal is to transition to a cybersecurity role where I can leverage my skills and experience to make a positive impact on the world.
