Senior enlisted adviser to TRADOC Capability Manager, a colonellevel position, on all issues related to the Abrams Main Battle Tank to include doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership education and personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF). Responsible for assisting in changes to DOTMLPF issues related to the Abrams tank. Responsible for assessing and testing materiel changes to the Abrams tank as the senior enlisted user representative to the materiel developers.

Tank commander of the S-3 section in an Armor Battalion for a Heavy Armor Division, responsible for maintenance and accountability of one MI068 Command Post, one M113A3 Armored Personnel Carrier and two LMTV valued at approximately 10 million dollars; responsible for the morale, welfare, and individual training of four soldiers.Serves as Training Cadre NCOIC for one Iraqi National Guard HQ Company and battalion command group; responsible for the health, morale, welfare and training of 175 Iraqi National Guardsmen; plans, executes and supervises collective and individual training; acts as liaison between the Iraqi and U.S. forces; assists in leading Iraqi forces during combat operations; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, readiness and operations of Hawk F.O.B. T.O.C., to include perimeter security operations, in excess of2 million dollars.

Serves as a Tank Commander/Instructor/Writer on a MIA 1 Main Battle Tank in a One Station Unit Training (OSUT) Battalion; conducts training for Initial Entry Training (lET) Soldiers on tank live fire skills; responsible for conducting 12 tank live fire exercises training 75 IET Soldiers; responsible for one M1A1 Main Battle Tank and 1 M1A2 SEP Main Battle Tank including all hull and turret maintenance and accountability of all Basic Issue Items (BII) and associated equipment valued at $11.6 million.

Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training and discipline of six enlisted soldiers; directs the execution of training and sustainment of two tank crew; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and combat readiness of two M1A2 tanks and equipment valued in excess of 8.6 million dollars; serves as tank commander; assists in the planning of all platoon training; responsible for the serviceability of two M1A2 Main Battle Tanksand all related BII
