As National Account Director for Allmed Occupational Health my primary focus is maintaining relationships with existing clients. I communicate directly with our clients and my team onsite to ensure that the proper solution is in place. I am also responsible for existing client expansion when necessary. When one of our existing clients is expanding to another location or city I make the expansion a smooth transition.Another focus and passion of mine is new business development. I use my existing relationships, strategic sales opportunities, reputation, corporate team building events and various seminars to generate new business relationships. After worksite walk-throughs, current process evaluation, job duty evaluations and discussions with management and safety members, I am then able to develop and implement the proper onsite health and wellness solution for my prospectOther areas of focus:-Leadership and building positive morale amongst team members and employees-Identify new technologies that assist our team achieve our goals efficiently and effectively-Deliver presentations to our clients to educate them on the workplace solutions-Identify areas of risk and maintain optimal onsite Health, Wellness and Prevention solutions.

As Director of Occupational Health at Eastside Urgent Care my main objective is to generate new business in the Occupational Health space. I have generated over 200 business clients in the Cincinnati area including Kroger, Walmart, Lowes and Turner Construction. I also assisted in developing a network of 8 independently owned Urgent Cares to deliver a convenient solution for clients with multiple locations across the city. Other areas of focus:-Credentialing and Re-Credentialing of new providers and new entities. -Managed day to day operations.-Identify new technologies that may be more efficient-Educate staff when new information, laws or processes have been approved-Supervise the billing of our BWC clients and ensure all clients receive results of UDS, Pre-Employment Physicals, and any other required documentation-Communicate with Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and Third Party Administrators (TPA)
