- Assigned to Patrol Squadron 4 as an In-Flight Avionics Technician- Part of an 11 member combat air crew onboard the P-3C Orion. - Deployed several times to combat areas which included Afghanistan and Iraq. - Install and repair electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems in aircraft, using hand tools, power tools, or soldering irons.- Performed time sensitive in-flight repairs of avionics equipment. - Assigned as safety and training officer during final deployment. - Received multiple accomplishment medals and an honorable discharge.
