My role as franchise sales executive for Leisure Leagues involves selling large territories from which the franchisee can operate their business along with the companies on going support. I am responsible for all UK and International sales and the evaluation of the initial franchise fee for these areas. I continually follow up on sales leads and develop the sales pipeline right through to franchise purchase, using effective communication and developing and maintaining relationships. This involves communication via telephone, email and participation in face to face meetings with prospective franchisees. I also liaise with the franchise director, delivering sales reports and ensuring a positive relationship is maintained. I am also heavily involved in developing the business strategy to optimise performance of the franchise department, which includes project managing franchisor online advertising, managing the marketing budget and negotiating best price for listings and bulk email campaigns with online franchise directories.

Management Responsibilities – Running 25 small sided football leagues based in various locations around the UK. I am personally responsible for bringing in the revenue generated from these leagues into the company which I ensure by organising everything from the venue bookings to all the fixtures for the 400+ teams that play in my leagues. I edit the website league pages each day and promote the leagues from my desk via email campaigns and liaising with the Facebook department for extra exposure. I dictate the shifts of all the league officials and referees for my leagues ensuring they are paid for their work correctly and also in turn liaise with the accounts manager regarding the league official’s responsibility of banking the leagues takings each week on time.
