About Jacob Van Roekel

Hi friends! I am Jacob, a current senior at Cal State, Monterey Bay majoring in business marketing, while also pursuing a future career in sports broadcasting. After golfing for the duration of my childhood, I signed to Cal State, Monterey Bay to join the men’s golf team. After leaving my sophomore year, I worked hard over summer to pursue a broadcasting career, and have enjoyed every minute. I am now broadcasting my school’s: volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball and softball.
