As a 15-year industry veteran, I have underwritten or managed approximately 200 FHA-insured loans totaling over $2.0 billion in loan volume. Managed Draper & Kramer's multifamily and senior housing FHA lending platform. Served as Chief Underwriter responsible for all credit decisions as well as platform manager responsible for strategic financing initiatives. I also arranged FHA-insured financing for the firm's portfolio of multifamily developments.

FHA Deputy Chief Underwriter for senior housing. Responsible for managing the underwriting team and credit decisions for the HUD 232 senior housing and healthcare platform. Prior to serving as Deputy Chief Underwriter, responsible for origination of multifamily and healthcare debt on behalf of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the life company portfolio and other proprietary capital sources, such as the company’s Enhanced Agency Gateway Program (EAGP).

Served as Director, FHA Production, responsible for loan sizing, screening and selection for the FHA-insured loan program for both multifamily and healthcare assets. Reviewed $4 billion-plus of loan opportunities annually. Coordinated use of the FHA loan platform across multiple production channels including direct agency originators, balance sheet relationship managers, healthcare relationship managers, LIHTC equity, and broker referrals. Underwrote multifamily and senior housing loans as needed.

Served as Vice President at Draper and Kramer Commercial Mortgage Corp. specializing in underwriting multifamily loans for FHA-insured lending platforms. I have underwritten approximately 120 multifamily loans with FHA mortgage insurance totaling over $1.1 billion. I have been a HUD MAP-approved underwriter since 2012 and HUD LEAN healthcare underwriter since January 2014.Prior to focusing on FHA-insured financing I worked as an analyst/AVP for Draper and Kramer's Commercial Mortgage Production Department performing property analysis and financial modeling for commercial real estate transactions across all asset types and numerous capital sources.
