 Perform system hardware and software operations, management, and administration; loads programs, files, and databases. Isolate faults, determine causes, and recover from malfunctions due to hardware, software, and communications failures. Ensure compliance with directives governing physical, operational, computer, and communications security. Coordinates and documents C-CS repairs. Configure and monitor hardware and software. Set-up and configure local area and wide area nodal hardware. Install and configure software operating systems, and network operations application software. Provide customer service to assist in operation, restoration, and configuration of functionally operated systems. Prepare C-CS processing cost reports or estimates. Maintain liaison with using activities to achieve most efficient use of systems and customer satisfaction.
