Jacob Vinther is one of the partners heading ACCURA's M&A Team. He has special expertise advising and attending to the needs of large international and Danish corporate clients and private equity investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, he has headed a number of high-profile M&A transactions in Denmark and is today recognised as one of the most active M&A lawyers in the country.He advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including legal due diligence, structuring considerations, acquisition funding and the drafting of transaction documents. Moreover, he participates in negotiations concerning mergers and acquisitions. Jacob has extensive experience with venture deals.He graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1991 and subsequently obtained an LLM from the University of London. Jacob was admitted to the Danish bar in 1995 and to practise law before the Danish High Courts in 1997.
