Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using SNMP-based tools such as LogicMonitor and Observium to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Regularly logging into Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Brocade and Fortigate devices to verify interface settings. Remote hands requests include: rack and stack, check PDUs, clean/reseat/test cross-connects and patch connections. Collaborate with carriers to diagnose and repair circuit outages, including troubleshooting wave circuits by logging into devices and checking light levels. Provide advanced technical support, analyze system alerts, and ensure seamless operations in a 24/7 data center environment using Service Now(SNOW).

My main function was to help new customers with their voice migration. I ported over clients' telephone numbers, confirmed MDF/IDF locations, verified shared or dedicated LAN, built call flows for business and after hours, created hunt groups, call centers, auto attendants, configured ATA's to work with gate callboxes and overhead paging. I assigned extension numbers for users, hunt groups, voicemails, ATA's and main telephone numbers for easy call routing. I assigned the appropriate Webex licensing to each user, ordered new native telephone numbers, verified rate centers and VoIP provisioning with Cisco Broadworks. I ordered equipment, phones, switches, routers, ATA's and cabling. I met with customers via Webex to get a solid understanding of what they needed and explained what we can and cannot do using Cisco Webex. I assisted customers with POTS lines integration and submitted Ray Baum E911 information. I was responsible for all M.A.C.D. requests for every site I built.

In my role, I conducted recorded interviews for all non-injury claims. I analyzed accident scenes, reviewed police reports, and made liability and coverage decisions on behalf of Progressive. I also negotiated total loss settlements, managed vehicle towing, and oversaw repair progress.

In this role, I focused on business-to-business sales. We offered mechanical warranties for Class 3-8 GVWR trucks and GAP insurance. I conducted in-person presentations to dealerships around Florida. I started with cold calling, and after 90 days, I had several dealerships selling our programs and they were very happy with our products.

In this role, I handled mechanical claims for autos, RVs, boats, and ATVs. I would take the estimate from the shop over the phone and verify labor times and part pricing. After the pricing was verified, I would have the claim approved, all while the repair shop waited on the telephone with me. Whether approved or denied, I reviewed the claim with the shop and emailed them their approval for the repairs.

As a technician, I quickly earned my driveline certifications, allowing me to begin working on heavy line jobs, such as engine and transmission removal and repair. I completed full inspections, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections of new vehicles before they were placed on the lot, and handled recalls.
