Efforts saved the Government in excess of $1 million by eliminating rework and descoping redundant improvements.Sequenced construction of utilities and roads with LDUI contractor to achieve schedule completion dates and to provide useable utilities for vertical projects for testing and commissioning while minimizing program delays and cost increases. Coordination with adjacent vertical projects to negotiate alternate site access when LDUI work interferes with operations.Directly managed and primary point of contact for four construction contracts: Warrior Support Area Distribution Node ($4 million); Wash Facility and Drivers Training Course ($16 million); Small Unit Training ($5 million); and Temporary Construction Haul Roads IDIQ ($1 million).Successfully negotiated multiple construction modifications for two separate construction contracts saving the Government over $1.5 million by identifying contractor inflated pricing, duplicate materials, and errors in cost estimates.
