We specialize in comprehensive market research and analysis of commercial and industrial real estate in Florida. Our core responsibilities include marketing, planning, and cash flow analysis. We also utilize model-driven templates to enhance efficiency and automate routine activities.

Developed complex, Excel-based, tools/programs and implemented detail-oriented methods of valuing enterprises and conducting financial forecasting and all else we deemed relevant to long-term planning, business development, and our understanding of sustainable growth. These practices include planning for debt repayment, identifying key indicators (performance and risk) such as changes in NWC, and bank compliance. The financial models we built, primarily pertained to discounting cash flows, financial statement analysis and further enterprise valuation.

I worked with the Robert Berganza Furniture company out of the Catapult workspace in Lakeland as an intern to learn more and excel in use of related equipment and software. During this experience, we worked on producing and marketing a new product the company had previously designed and a few custom work projects for individual customers.

• Led the “Cap and Carrier” Project which involved building a device, which required precise force applications, to increase the assembly throughput of a customer’s medical product. • Basic training in the use of machining tools for creating machined fixtures. • Extensive work in 3-D printing, both design and implementation.

• Acquired forklift operator certification (June 2021). • Fueled machines with various materials, learned to accurately mix materials to comply with customers’ requirements including color, finish, texture, etc. • Worked in shipping and loaded trucks to fill daily order shipments. • Included in the project of cleaning out and redesigning the warehouse to maintain a more operation-based configuration.

• Made precise measurements of parts utilizing CT, CIM and other advanced measuring equipment during the launch phase of our customers new products. • Trained in industrial CT scanning for both failure analysis and reverse engineering using Solid Works software. • Worked with members of the Octex production team on several mini projects for medical customers during new product launches to ensure and document the quality and consistency of the manufacturing process.• Set up CAD documents with measurement analysis for the early stages of quality review and worked on multiple First Article Inspections using Excel, Minitab, Acrobat, Solid Works, and Word. • Used basic Excel programming, setting up templates for quality analysis to enhance quality professionals in their processes and maximizing efficiency.
