-Maintain nightly production on 11 locations with 60+ horizontal wells, mainly utilizing artificial lift. -Log detailed records of gas, water, and oil production on all wells -Generate nightly excel report for all company routes and locations -Assist and monitor two employees with 9 locations each-Address call-out alerts quickly and efficiently (compressors, ESD’s, etc...) -Identify and troubleshoot repairs on all production equipment-Abide by all environmental, health, and safety standards-Communicate effectively with owners, day pumpers, outside contractors, and foremen -Rig up and rig down temporary production equipment-Organize and distribute trucks, laptops, and phones to night and day pumpers-Create detailed handovers for opposite shifts-Train new night time employees
