As an engineer with over 10 years of experience, I was consistently impressed by his level of design contribution to these projects, especially for someone who was just starting out in their career. The most notable of the projects was one he completed using Continuous Integration and Powershell with REST API to turn a tedious and error-prone process that previously took over an hour to complete into a single button press that took just 3.5 minutes to complete. We are still using that automated system today and benefiting from the efficiency gains. Jacob is an absolute joy to work with. He is punctual, has a great attitude and sense of humor, takes direction and provides input well, and has an intellect unmatched by many.
