Elegance Bakery’s responsibilities mirrored those of Fontana’s Pizza. Orders were managed by in-person customers, as well as DoorDash, an online delivery service. Excellent customer service was provided as the dining area was kept clean and customers were served quickly. Utilizing skills and experience from prior experience as a cashier aided in the swift adaptation to a new work environment.

Participated in the rigorous 8-week pledge process for the oldest and largest business fraternity in the world. Completed over 50 professional interviews with brothers, alumni, and business professionals. In addition, we raised over $7,500 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, attended professional development events, and completed community service hours.

This job opportunity allowed me to control my own schedule within a given time. Every Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm, the house needed to be cleaned and prepped for the next renter. This included making beds, cleaning laundry, wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming. Damages were reported to the owners. Managed time efficiently to get the house ready in time for the next renters.

Worked as a cashier interacting with in-person customers as well as taking phone calls. Handled transactions and took orders. Input orders from DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats and Slice.
