Control purchases and monitor budgets for all departments in the Brewery.

As a Inventory/Warehouse Manager, my responsibilities include complete ownership of raw materials, including grain, hops, and all packaging materials. I order all packaging materials to meet the production schedule. Daily tasks include using SAP (Orchestrated Beer), the leading computer software coordination system for Brewery Operations to assess risk and maintain levels of safety stock, ensuring the master control schedule is regularly updated to reflect actual schedule performance, and monitoring project schedules to provide feedback and recommendations. This position has provided me with the opportunity to develop experience in dealing with production from the ground up, not just planning, but physical labor, and really getting down to the nuts and bolts of how things work and how to ensure they work properly. This job experience has also built upon my understanding of the technical aspects of the supply chain network, by being on the ground floor and getting a first hand view of the product from beginning to end.

As a site integrated planner, my responsibilities include complete ownership of planning assets such as production dates and quantity, including rawmaterials. Daily tasks include using SAP, the leading computer softwarecoordination system for company resources to assess risk and maintain levels of safety stock, ensuring the master control schedule is regularly updated to reflect actual schedule performance, and monitoring project schedules to provide feedback and recommendations. This position has provided me with the opportunity to develop experience in dealing with global project and customer teams to manage shipping logistics including international customs. I have also had a broad brand reach while in this position. This job experience has also built upon my understanding of the technical aspects of the supply chain network, and has allowed me to further leverage and grow both my time management and computer skills.
