Supervision and Management of Student Ambassador Program - Direct and Supervise the Student Ambassador Program - Hire and maintain a staff of 40 students throughout the academic year - Hire and maintain an appropriate student staff during school breaks - Create and implement a structured orientation and training program for every new ambassador to participate in each semester - Supervise and Manage the Student Ambassador Staff - Handle all personnel concerns that arise amongst the student staff - Ensure the student staff completes all duties assigned at the desired level - Ensure the students have all of the resources necessary to conduct guided campus tours at the desired level - Evaluate student staff to ensure desired level of work is being maintainedTerritory management of Western, NY; Southern Tier, NY; Out-Of-State; International - Strategically plan and coordinate recruitment efforts with Regional Representative to include scheduled college day/evening fairs, high school or BOCES visitations - Evaluate and make admission decisions based on relevant academic criteria, with appropriate data entry for territory management of Western, NY; Southern Tier, NY; Out of State; International - Conduct single and group interview/information sessions in an attempt to better educate prospective students about the application process, academic programs, scholarships/financial aid, internship/career opportunities, residence life, athletics, and all other areas of student life - Communicate with all students within territory via email, phone, text, and notecards to appropriately move each student throughout the admissions funnel and aid in yield efforts - Issue I-20 documents for student VISAs.Application Processing - Receives, reviews, and makes admission decisions based on relevant academic criteria, with appropriate data entry for territory management of Western, NY; Southern Tier, NY; Out-Of-State; and International.
