Assembled and led a team of L1 and L2 Support Engineers split between New York and Hyderabad, India, providing support for POINT, a highly-complex, industry-leading data product used to calculate the values of global fixed-income securities for regulatory compliance and other purposes, during its acquisition by Bloomberg. Quickly learned pre-existing support processes, remotely led recruitment & training of Hyderabadi support engineers, and developed the team into a cohesive, functioning unit that by the end of the engagement had taken over the entirety of the L1 and majority of L2 support responsibility from in-house Barclays personnel.

Led team through production Oracle database upgrade (10g to 11gR2) within 8 weeks of hire.

Managed Proposal to US Navy for and then supported Program Manager in content, cost, and schedule execution after winning $24M Foreign Military Sales contract upgrading the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System for the UK Royal Navy to the latest hardware baseline. Managed ~$5M subcontract with mission-critical UK vendor; led negotiations reducing subcontractor fee by over 50% from previous contract. Coordinated Program plans & controls, risk management, problem root-cause analysis, and process adoption/compliance; led development of Engineering Change Proposals covering engineering development hardware procurement requirements as they were identified during program execution.

Led risk management, program metrics tracking & analysis, and problem root-cause analysis for $42M Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) Foreign Military Sale development and production program modernizing the electronic systems of the Brazilian Navy's fleet of diesel-electric submarines. Managed program cost, schedule, and technical execution through Earned Value Management techniques. Managed $1M budget plus schedule and technical development of critical hardware item; led $200K competitive hardware manufacturer subcontractor selection – subsystem is now installed and operational. Managed development, preparation & delivery of four Engineering Change Proposals valued $600K to $9M each plus a Request for Equitable Adjustment which was funded to over 99% of submitted value. Led effort to customize Lockheed Martin MS2 processes to cover all future follow-on & related programs, saving up to $100K each. Frequent customer interface with both US Navy and Brazilian Navy.

Completed highly-selective (~4% of LM engineers) leadership training program composed of specialized in-depth leadership and technical training, national conferences, educational requirements, and the following job rotations:- Brazilian MODSUB Program Support / Controls: Led $350K system architecture / risk reduction task achieving cost & schedule targets; supported contract negotiations w/ US Navy; coordinated program initiation and process compliance activities through successful LM-internal program startup review.- Undersea Systems (USS) Advanced Technology group: Supported development & implementation of new management process improving links between R&D investments and business opportunities across a $4B/year division of Lockheed Martin- Various programs, Software Development, Systems Engineering and Integration & Test (I&T) rotations: Designed & developed information retention software for safety-critical system tracking system states and incidents; Implemented test processes & tools improvements to Combat Command & Control system during Integration & Test phase – identified necessary tool changes, defined & refined tool requirements, wrote step-by-step tests
