Battalion Operations staff officer responsible for execution development, drafting, tracking and management related to training, planning, and BN Operations. Principle duties include preparing ORDERs for publication, coordinating and communicating multiple taskings across all subordinate units. Secondary BN Battle Captain during all training exercises or operations environment missions. Participates in BN MDMP and conducts execution development from the results. Compiles staff section inputs to synergize operations to meet the Battalion Commander's intent. Assists junior staff officers in operations tasks and leadership development.

As a 2nd Lieutenant in the 3-265th ADA Battalion, I am charged with conducting training for soldiers in my platoon. This includes planning physical training tests, supervising preventative maintenance checks and services on vehicles and planning convoy routes for field training exercises.
