When it comes to busy and highly anticipated nights I would be put into a Team Lead position where I would be in a place where I would mostly delegate tasks effectively, equally dividing quality tasks to the right-minded people as well as ensuring the night in itself runs smoothly. Furthermore, from time to time I organised events for their local pubs as well as regularly running a weekly Pub Quiz event at one of our most popular locations.
