I served as a PC&L Supervisor first in Toledo, OH (Apr 2008 to Dec 2009) then was relocated to improve the production line process in Franklin, OH (Jan 201 to May 2011). In charge of the implementation of Kanban system for component delivery, I managed the internal flow of materials from receipt to shipment to the customer. Assisting with the implementation of the Kanban system and PFEP (Plan for Every Part) for component delivery throughout the plant, I ensured efficient and responsive MPM to all customers and timely response time with all irregularities. In charge of the implementation of sequencers being used to manage the final assembly line, I improved production line efficiency through a Kanban pull system and developed a Truck Prep Area for all lines that produced quality finished goods. I tracked, monitored, and recorded daily receipts into ERP inventory system to ensure efficiency and ensure production line productivity.
