I successfully managed production line delivery with the minimum stock targets for each component; this includes identifying minimum stock targets based on stock segmentation and tracking daily and monthly MPM (Manufacturing Process Management) for 200+ components and 11 suppliers. I managed negative inventory and measured cycle counts within SAP per a detailed A/B/C analysis effectively sustaining zero MPM to production line and incurring zero expedites at plant cost due to raw material shortages

In charge of the implementation of sequencers being used to manage the final assembly line, I improved production line efficiency through a Kanban pull system and developed a Truck Prep Area for all lines that produced quality finished goods. I tracked, monitored, and recorded daily receipts into ERP inventory system to ensure efficiency and ensure production line productivity.
