I provide technical support for end users of utility-scale PV inverters. Primary responsibilities involve remote troubleshooting of faults, assessment and reporting of warranty claims, and working across business functions to coordinate field service from commissioning through the duration of plant operation.Accomplishments:* Produce monthly reports for management to track warranty costs and summary of active claims* Developed a visual utility using Google Earth to easily display site locations and project details for TMEIC's fleet of PV inverters in North America
