At the end of 2023, I sold my shares and left to be able to focus more on my own projects, as well as to work in a more free role as a consultant. But what a ride it was – and Reform Society is still going strong, more focused than ever. You should work with them! (I do!)Reform Society combined politics, tech and creativity. We were a 75+ people strong.

Direktøren for det hele. After spending 2022 turning the agency around, through some pretty, pretty hard work by everyone involved, I left for parental leave in 2023. We then handed over the reins of the agency to our lovely local employees, who rebranded it as RBL Impact. You should work with them!

R/OXY was our Danish digital agency that we developed, set up and ran with a local Danish PA agency until 2022, when we took over the company in full and I spent a year as CEO.

People-powered campaigns, initiatives & movements that make change happen. Together with clients in Sweden, Scandinavia and across Europe. Introduced a completely new way of working with engagement-driven communications to Sweden and the Nordics and, I think, and the numbers show – was the best at it for the full run. As of 2024, Reform Act is integrated.

From 2018 – 2020, I moved to Copenhagen to steer the Reform Act DK office in a combined Creative Director–COO-ish role. A big part of this was finding a new suitable business partner, which I and we eventually did when Reform Act was restructured into R/OXY in September 2020.

Led, oversaw and took part in almost every facet of our creative and strategic delivery; meaning, everything. Some work sucked, a lot were good and some were beyond excellent. Wins and nominations in Guldägget, 100-wattaren, Pollie Awards, Reed Awards, etc. And bigger than awards: real wins on political issues and elections in Sweden and elsewhere.

Parallel to my Creative Director role, I also worked as Deputy CEO for a few years, when Reform Act grew from 6 people to 25+.

Dear Future was a digital communications agency that worked with global and Swedish brands and issues that mattered. The company was restructured into Reform Act in 2013.

From 2005 – 2010, I worked as an art director, copywriter and lead creative for clients such as ABSOLUT Vodka, JC Jeans & Clothes, Electrolux, Visit Sweden, Nokia, SVT and others, small and big, international and Swedish.
