Responsible for a team of approximately 20 employees. I am directly in charge of 3 departments within the store. I am responsible for our inventory shipments to be received on time and put out to the floor. Responsible for checking in vendors and handling vendor receipts. Monitored customer satisfaction and created and implemented new ideas for improving such, Worked directly with other Assistant Managers to ensure all tasks were complete within the store, and teamed with my direct supervisor to complete tasks within the store.

Managed a team of 35 employees. I was involved in and ran the receiving of all freight trucks for the store. I Analyzed detailed reports in order to increase productivity for a $55 million store. I was put in charge and captained a new technology rollout used for data integrity within my store.
