I've always been a disrupter.Cursed with the ability to find flaws and the optimism to think I am the one to fix them, I am on a never-ending quest for improvement. Symptoms like my amateur running career (Can I call it that?) pop into my mind first. But it's in everything that I do from the client work I get the honor of leading, to the processes we build for our internal teams - the constant hunt for improvement is what fuels me.My mind prefers to focus on a single task, finding the simplest solution for high-impact areas, and avoiding the distraction of a newer, shinier idea (whenever possible).
