Sample projects/roles: Designed an operating model for a quasi-governmental agency’s new retail partnership program, which is projected to generate $3.3 billion in revenue annually; advised the client on the potential impact to retail companies’ willingness to sign partnership agreements given Executive Order 11246 and Department of Labor requirements. Developed a business case with detailed cost benefit analyses to justify $1.3 billion from Congress for federal law enforcement client’s information technology modernization program and fulfill regulatory and budgetary requirements. Advised a Department of Defense (DoD) client on new policies and procedures to improve its compliance with property management requirements from OMB and the DoD; identified and corrected non-compliant property worth nearly $80 million due to missing or incorrect documentation.Managed detailed work plans and led teams of various sizes (as many as 15 members) to achieve objectives; evaluated performance of team members and provided regular feedback and coaching to help them address development areas.Facilitated workshops in 2011 and 2013 with Deloitte’s Chief Diversity Officer and other leaders to discuss firm’s national diversity strategy. Coordinated reform of two internal firm policies to achieve more equal treatment of LGBT employees. Researched key U.S. export regulations and controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) requirements and analyzed their impact on Northrop Grumman’s business processes. Conducted due diligence reviews of payments from Northrop Grumman’s foreign subsidiaries to international sales representatives and consultants in order to identify irregularities and prevent FCPA violations. Oversaw requests for export authorizations and license approvals from Departments of State and Commerce.

Wrote and edited a weekly newsletter, which was distributed globally to 1,500 international trade professionals. Researched key changes to U.S. export / import regulations and trade agreements.
