I support a team of faculty directors including Adam Grant, Cade Massey, Matthew Bidwell, and Angela Duckworth conduct novel research with partner organizations. Our projects take a data-driven approach to studying human behavior at work, focusing on topics related to careers, collaboration and culture, and sustainable behavior change. I am tasked with overseeing all aspects of the research process, including preparing and submitting protocols for Internal Review Board approval, conducting literature reviews, building surveys on Qualtrics survey platform, running online samples, as well as managing and analyzing data.

• Coauthor on paper regarding gender, tenure and competence as boundary conditions of humility; currently under review in the Journal of Management• Coded over 60 West Point Academy interviews for qualitative research paper regarding humility in leadership• Granted funds to create and lead quasi-experimental study researching the intervention of humility in collegiate athletes • Coauthor on AOM paper focusing on paradoxical expression of leader humility at West Point; currently under review

• Created original content for organizational development curriculum to train over 600+ employees at more than five business conferences in Utah, Texas, Oregon and Washington D.C.• Conducted research from over 100 client surveys and interviews to incorporate into training material• Provided services to five large organizations resulting in $15k revenue in three months

Trii Events company aim was to provide opportunities for artists to showcase their talents while bringing people in the community together through music.
